Step 1
Clear Out Your Unit
Before proceeding, ensure your storage unit is completely cleared out. This means removing all personal items, sweeping the space, and removing any locks you've added. Storage units must be empty and in good condition before your move-out can be finalized.
Step 2
Fill Out the Move-Out Form
Once your unit is completely cleared, fill out our Move-Out Form using the link below. This form allows us to confirm that you've vacated, enabling us to close your lease and send your final move-out confirmation officially.
Important: Move-outs are not complete until this form is submitted. If you leave without completing it, billing may continue.
Step 3
You're All Set!
After we've reviewed your submission, we'll process your move-out and send over your receipt for your records. If anything's missing or there's a question, we'll reach out right away.
